• I am independent software developer Begench Amanov.

• As the goldenauto.app service is available on multiple platforms like Windows, macOS, iOS and Android and the service is a bookkeeping service for car rental businesses the service needs to store you email, name and phone information to be able to be provide access to your data.

• Also any bookkeeping data you enter in the app is also stored in the server.

• goldenauto.app service also stores any file attachments (images, pdfs, Excel files) that you make in the app, so as to be able to provide access to them from other devices you may want to access them.

• Your data is not shared with anyone or any third party service.

• Your data is yours only.

• Any time you can go to the https://goldenauto.app and request your account deletion and your data will be deleted immediately (no backup is kept so your data is only your responsibility).

• As for now service is invite only (at least until March 2025).

• When you start using the app your data is kept in a server in the U.A.E.

• I do not use any third party advertising or analytics services.

• You agree to comply with law of the U.A.E.

• You agree that service is provided to you as is, without any guarantees.
